Sandra D’Souza is the CEO and Founder of Ellect, a business focused on gender equality and diversity. Sandra has authored a book about gender equality in leadership teams to be published in early 2023. She has an MBA from MGSM, Masters in Accounting from Monash University and Bachelor of Management from University of Canberra.

For her work with Ellect, Sandra was featured on the NASDAQ Tower in Times Square, NY as the sole Aussie participant in Nasdaq’s Spring 2021 Milestone Makers Program and recently was awarded the Most Influential CEO 2023 by CEO Monthly.

Prior to this, she founded and sold her International Digital Marketing Agency in 2018, published a book on social media in 2015, had a career in senior finance roles for 15 years with companies in Sydney and London such as Telstra, MTV Europe, News Ltd and UBS.
